Hi Sir, I have bought a JIO SIM from Reliance Store Shona Road on 24th August 2016. I paid Rs. 500 for this. I submitted all the documents at the store and got message from JIO (Thanks for Choosing JIO) But SIM is still not activated. I have sent 6-7 emails to them in regards to SIM activation but I am getting same response from them. It seems like auto response. Please suggest what should I do at this stage. This is more than two weeks I am still waiting for activation. This is really disappointing. One side they are promising and supporting Digital India and on the other side They take 15 days for single SIM activation. Please activate my JIO Number – 70118 47686

I am sunny choudhary. I got my jio sim on 23 Aug 2016 and my jio sim no is 70096 93411. Till now my jio sim was not activated and I submitted my all documents which are required. I want to know that Why my jio sim was not activated ???

I got a Jio 4G SIM bearing no 70007 44783 on 24/08/2016 from distributor center at Rewa M.P. But still it is not working. Distribution point is not responding properly about this. Please take further actions thanks you.
