Sir, I have a Asus 4G phone, and my mobile no.is 98307 XX852 which is registered in my Jio app. I am from Kolkata. My jio barcode is 55561 333821. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used by someone else whereas I never shared my barcode with anyone. the retailer told me that they can not do anything about the issue. I tried to contact the customer care number of JIO several times but they never received the call. Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim. Regards moinak

2 week before i install my jio app and get the bar code.then i give my documents & barcode xerox to a jio sim retailer store to have sim.but when one week pass away and the did not give me my sim.i choose to submit my document through online..for 1st action. For that i went to our district’s main city .and there i went to Reliance mini express store for online submission.

Then they said me today that..my bar code is redeemed.but didnot use it.then i went back to the previous retailer they said they did not submit or use my documents.i think..this previous retailer missuse mr document in a wrong way for black way.please help me.now what can i do.i call customer care.but the line is too busy..i cant connect with them.
