I am Samsung j7 user, My registered mobile no. is (09734 X7344) i have bought a new sim from your reliance jio mini store berhampore (west bengal) as on 26/08/2016, no. of that sim was (70012 53034) and my activation code is (NO000 00562XO ) which was not got activate. i got too much harassed by your customer care office persons. many times i have called to your costumer care office but They are not received the call. please activate my sim as soon as possible.

Sir, I have Samsung j7 phone, and my mobile no.is 96366 52274 which is registered my Jio app. state-rajasthan,city-udaipur. My jio barcode is 55520131005. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
