Sir, When A samsung new phone was purchased on 22nd of August, a new sim card bearing no 70126 27844 was offered to me from Irinjalakuda, in Thrissur district in Kerala state and the same is not yet activated.Even though two mails in this regard were forwarded to this mail id and the jio center was contacted several times nothing has happened till now (10/09/2016).More than eight emails were sent to reliance Jio without any response.Please note that 22 days have elapsed and still the sim is not actvated The mail sent on 10th is also enclosed “Sir, This is in continuation to the earlier mails.As the sim card is not activated till date I am going to the press as well as the All India Consumer Redressal Forum for highlighting the hollowness and sheer false claims put forward by you through your advertisements.See even after 21 days the sim card is not activated and this is the limit.
