I got JiO sim on 3rd Sept’16 from Reliance digital at Ram Murthy Signal, Bangalore. i went to showroom 7 times but till date it is not activated even your staff is not able to give proper answer. I would request to support for activation.

Your order number is NO000007HCBN. Thank you, Team Jio that. After that I haven’t received any sms. When checking my barcode show on your barcode “”redeemed “. I asked to what shall I do for active my jio sim.
