I have purchased a Phone from Flipkart with order no. OD50678504 5530176000 on dated: 12/08/2016 by seeing online offer LYF WIND 3 with JIO Preview Offer(Black, 16 GB) 1. [IMEI/Serial No: 9115046 50350316 ] and paid a amount of Rs.6299.00
I received the phone on Dt: 14/08/2016, then i met a Jio office kalekar building Basavakalyan, Bidar district i.e. 50 kms away from my place and I brought the sim by fulfilling all required documents and they assured me to the sim will be activated within 24 hours but they have not activate my sim, several time i contacted to the jio costumer care for resolving my problem but they did not resolved. then i contacted to offer provider flipkart on Dt: 22/08/16 and explained clearly about the issue then they have taken the issue and provided me complaint no: IN1608221554374667463 and taken 24 hours time to resolve, after the completion of maximum taken time again I contacted after 24 hours once again they have taken 24 hours to resolve the problem but today i.e.24/08/16 they called me and replied we are not able to solve your problem, but the problem is solved by them only hence you are requested to solve my problem immediately.
