The Barcode states as redeemed even before i purchased any Jio sim. I just downloaded jio app, and visited the store, but there the retailer stated sorry already barcode used ,even when I checked it stated as code redeemed,so what can i do now.? To take another barcode,so please quide me

Sir, I have gionee m5 light phone, and my mobile no.is 99934XX050 which is registered my Jio app. state-m. p.city-dhar. My jio barcode is 55570487047 But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.

Sir, I have installed my jio apps and got Bar code :55532353260 in my mobile samsung J7 (16).When i visit to reliance digital express,srinivasa nagar,trichy for collecting sim card,they told to me your coupon code is redeemed and used by other person. please advice to get sim card as early as possible. regards S.M.Chellapandian
