Sir/Madam, Kindly note that I have obtained Jio Barcode Coupon through my Redmi Phone on 13/10/2016 and which is redeemed on 14/10/2016 as showing me the Employee of Reliance Digital Xpress Mini Bosunagar, Madhyamgram,(beside samsung Cafe).I don’t know how it is possible, the barcode coupon was generated from jio app with in-put of Suscriber Name,e-mail Id valid mobile and IMEI No. How it is redeemed or diverted and which is enjoyed by a unknown person.Think it it is a team work of Jio-fanchaise Staff getting the benifits by selling the SIM to others against the Barcode which shows as redeemed or already used.It is very simple to trace out the Culprit who is using the SIM obtained against my Bar Code Coupon No.55562 926738 if action taken by JIO-Authority.
