My Reliance JIO No. is 8610XX6941 registered @ Pondicherry. The phone was working till 02.03.2017. When I entered Karimganj, Assam my call disconnected. I tried with your JIO office there. They said the place being a border area it happens like this. I tried @ Shillong but I could not get call line activated. But my internet was working. With internet I was carrying my job. But for last 3 days my internet started dis-functioning. I registered as a prime member and also deposited Rs.149 for next 1 month but now I am totally out of JIO connection. What do I do ? Should I continue or go to other provider ? Immediate reply needed.

Hi , My name is Naveen. Today I took a New Jio connection but the vendor charged me 50 Rs for SIM. When asked he responded as they will charge 50 Rs for SIM Card. When enquired on other vendor they are NOT charging for SIM card.
