I have recharged my jio number 946XXX8765 on 1st November 2019 on Jio mobile where offers were showing cashback of 125 rs on payment through UPI payment but on successfully recharging my number the cashback did not happened. i talked to the customer care where they said to talk to UPI customer care .so please help

My jio no 8248165154.jio net not coming for the past ten days.i am suffering much. My cell is ok.sim taken out inserted.battery removed inserted.but jio net not coming.please do the needful as early as possible. Please return the amount for not jio connection available dates .again requesting for early rectification. Thanking you .rangarajan.
