Dear Sir, Today i have download the app from the play store (Myjio) then i have register the details for the new sim card Jio. there you have generate the barcode the sim card. then you have to go to store with that bar code. then they will check your details and scan your bar code which you got from the app. After doing this. they told me that this bar code already redeemed. how is it possible that before 10 mints i have generate that bar code from by mobile app there i have used my data for downloading the app as well as my time. At this stupid reliance person give me this answer. they are cheating with us. I went to reliance digital store at titanium city center,satellite ahemdabad. Waiting for some one responsible person to solve this problem.
