I have samsung 4g mobile. Right from the day i purchased Jio sim card the outgoing and incoming call is not working. I m unable to do call on any network and also not receiving calls. Kindly do a best solution in my favor.

My no 7011983625 in the name of ajay kumar, all the services have been deactivated so I am unable to get the full benefit of preview offer and I had called called customer care also but they also didn’t give me any solution if here my case has not been solved then either I have to stop using jio info com services now and in near future.
