I tried to get a Jio sim in Mettur, Salem, Tamilnadu. I gave Barcode and Aadhar ID Xerox in sim shop.They done step by step process and atlast told me that the barcode was already redeemed.I didn’t gave the barcode to anyone. My jio barcode is 55570487047 But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
