Aero Club – The Mall Shimla – Poor Customer Care

I purchased a shirt of olive colour, within a week time I get to know the front pocket button is not properly installed and colour of shirt starts fading, so I checked with your The Mall showroom shimla they told me to send my shirt for factory for refurnishing on 1st September, but as if now there is no response from your side. So I called by the showroom they told me they don’t know when my shirt will be coming then I called up customer care they told me to check, after an hour I got a call from Shimla outlet that we received your shirt without any refurnishing and we don’t know why. So after so many conversation I can’t able to understand the issue, if I am buying shirt worth rupees 4000 you should be responsible for these small issues for your stability in market. I need a quick revert on the same.
