Jio Distributor not Giving Retailer’s Balance

user id 0681177374 Jio Ctop up no 8910096949 Sir/Madam I would like to draw your kind attention that, my distributor decided to stop transferring recharge balance to the above user id from 11-02-2020 without any reason. This decision may stop the business with Jio. I try to activate jio new connection with my full effort. Last month I achieved 5 new connection. Every day I sold about 4 thousands recharge balance. This will effect many more Jio customers for recharge and they faced a lot of problem to recharge for their Jio number.I asked your Sales Representative of Barrackpore area and also talked with the JCM of Barrackpore regarding not getting the recharge balance , but they just ignore me and till my POS portal balance is Nil.This will effect our JIO customer and they are not doing their recharge in our area (PIN Code 700118). Some of our customer wish to port out to other network due to facing this problem.This problem stated from 11-02-2020 and if this going on we are loosing our business in this area. Thanking you
