sir, i am having one electrical and electronic shop at purungudi, chennai.Very long back one of the adyar distributor has given the form and i filled and submitted the form with all documents. In that area, many shop has got the sim and other things from the same distributor in that area.But in my shop he has not given any thing so far. the recharge persons are coming for recharge are asking about the jio sim and other details. but i am not i a position to given positive reply.
