Jio Fi 4G Hostspot Mi-Fi WiFi Device Problem – Customer Service

I’ve submitted my JIO dongle JDR 810 on 27 May, 2017 (Saturday) at service centre, but still my issues is not resolved. I had been told on the submission date that i can collect my device on 31 May, 2017 (Wednesday) and gave me two contact number to confirm it’s resolved or not, I called them on but is shifted to 3 June, 2017 (Saturday), on 3 June, 2017 they told me that sill not resolved and told me to call on Saturday, then again the same process again shifted to Monday (said that defiantly will resolved on Monday). When any one answered my call most of the time he said that Please call on second no “I’m on leave today”. *I still have patience*

Now on 5 June, 2017 (Monday), I called many times on both given contact numbers no one received my call.Again on next day Tuesday no one received my call, again, again, again and again means full weak i called and no one received my call till 10 June, 2017 (Saturday).

Now I called today and my great luck some one answered my call and as always he said that “I’m on leave today”, Please call on second number. After some requests from me he gave me third number to call and confirm. *It’s the height of patience*

I called on the new number again my good luck he answered my call and as always he also said that “I’m on leave today”, Please call on another number.

Finally I’ve no other option and choose the third number and dial many times and as always no one received my call, in between i visited the centre two times after the device submission.

Now what is this *It’s the height and height of patience*
