Hi, I have paid for JioGigafiber FTTH connection to a staff member [G V M kumar phone: +91 9110677355 ] and he has promised the connection within 7-8 working days . Later after 15 days of struggle , he came in contact and told that there were port issues and connection got cancelled .The refund will be done within 15 working days but its more than 60 days and there is no clear answer from the Team. Whenever I call , he will be telling it will be done in 4 days like that. NO0000AIZJMO is the registration number. Apart from me , there are two more connections also of my neighbours with same issues . Please respond quickly or have to lodge complaint to consumer forum
