Dear Sir, 3 months back I purchsed flame 6, but after few days its internet stop working.. after that I visited reliance service center 10-15 times and also complaint on email and customer care. My complaint No. 20337017 My JOBSHEET Numbers : 1). 8006420229 2). 8006546052 3). 8006609511 but not getting a single response. Totally wastage of money. I requested many time to change my handset into any upgrade model and I’ll pay differance amount. But not a single response from company side. I’m totally harassed, just because of this Handset Please help, if anyone can, I want upgraded handset or refund my money. Suggestion to people don’t buy any lyf product.

I have Jio lyf wind 6 smartphone. Its screen is shutting down automatically and re opens automatically. This irritates a lot. Please give me some idea how to solve this issue. And another thing is heating problem. I think lyf has made a phone with a room heater. If i just start browsing 5 min it is like boiling hot. Kindly resolve this issue.
