Today i went to Reliance jio service center for my handset which was not charging from last 10 days. After opening the handset they are saying that there is water logging in my phone. I tell them i’m using that ph only for net it was used as a modem to me and these are only moisture contents, The handset was not even in contact with water. But the representative Mr. Dyaan Singh is not agreed and ask 3846 Rs. to resolve the issue. I also taken the photograph of the phone. I just ask a simple question if your handset is not get any contact to water then why this charge of 3846 Rs. needed. This is worst service I have got from any mobile brand in my whole life. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP
