Jio Lyf Mobile Heating – No Customer Service

I had purchased LYF Flame 7, phone in the month of October and since 8/4/2017 it has stopped working, i gone to your service center in okhla phase3, i dont know what was the problem, they asked me to wait for 40 minutes, and after returning they said to me that your phone battery is not working, and when i told them my phone is under warranty, then he said battery is not under warranty, so i gone to purchase the new battery, but after putting it in the phone, phone is not working, so I again gone to the Okhla phase 3 service center on tuesday, and since then my phone is there, and i haven’t received any response from there side yet, Kindly look into the matter. I had purchased Lyf water 10 (911508050483296/911508050983295) on 04/01/2017 from M/S Dinesh Communications (address: near by KCC Bank Dramman (H.P) 176206.But this mobile has major issues overheating/ Very less battery backup of 1-2 hours.I had returned the mobile to the dealer.please do the needful.
