Jio Lyf Water 4G Smartphone – Customer Service

Dear Concern
I had purchased LYF water 4 Ls-5005 phone in the month of november 2016 with the great hope.But I am not happy with the service that the jio is providing to me.My handset having some problem, My mobile getting switched off automatically. when I went to service center than the service center of patna has no solution regarding my phone and they told me that your phone having issue of mother board and we are unable to repair the mother board,My mobile is on the extended service warranty so I should get my mobile repaired If company is unable to repair than its not my fault, company should replace the phone, service center has another solution that they are keep telling that we can refund you about 4000/- through insurance cover with in 90 days.I am very upset with the jio services this is not up to the mark.
