Jio Money App – Consumer Review

I did a recharge using Jio money of 303 on 5th April 2017. Transaction was successful and it is shown in Jiomoney. However, it did not come in Jio account. When contacted both the customer care, both have replied, it is fault of others. Both are denying any issue from their side. Now Jio has activated my 149/- plan instead of 303. This means, my 303 recharge has gone in air and money is eaten by Jio company. Also, now 149 is activated for no reason. Contacted both the customer care several times. Called them, emailed them, sent them msg. on FB. Most of the times reply is we will get back to you. For few other times, its negative reply. So now fact is, Jio and Jiomoney which they claim are different companies have jointly disappeared 303 INR. Also wrong 149/- plan is now active. so total of 452/- at stake. This needs investigation. Thank you.
