I did a transaction by using Jio money on 13 jan 2017 to buy Dominos Pizza for 1716 Rupees. the Transaction failed. I complained for refund which has still not been processed though they promise 3-5 working days. This is very slow service from Jio Money which gives me to suspect if all the financial intermediary processes are in place or they have just launched Jio Money to compete with Paytm Wallet and other Mobile Money payment platforms.
