Rs2500 were paid to reliance digital life showroom on a condition that odcp will be installed and 3 month free internet unlimited will be provided but it has been 23 days since the odcp has been put up but not even a single minute internet has been provided .I want my money back or the service to started within 24 hours

I bought a Reliance jio sim no.79761 08134 from retail distributor. In starting days reliance gave high speed connectivity but from past 1 month the speed is even below 2G network speed. I lodged many complaints (around 10-15) but reliance have not even responded a single complaint yet. Every time their customer care executives say “we will respond to you within next 48 hours” but their 48 hours never come. Everyday i lodge a complaint and everyday the same response. I am fed-up with all this. Please help me.
