Jio Prime Member – Network Recharge Issue

Dear Sir/ Madam , i would like to inform you that ,I am retailer & my Jio no is 70011XX561. For Network Problem on 5.04.17 to 7.04.17 , A customer (7001367272) recharge amount 303 , but customer get not any Sms to his no,, but Rs. 303 debited from my Jio a/c ,,,after this problem I contact my Jio FOS ,He suggest me to Rechage again , and done it ,,again 303 debited from my A/c .. So , I request Please Refund Rs.303 to my Jio No. 7001XX1561 Which i mention above Thank you.

Purchased Jio sim 8999829308 from authorized Pimple Nilakh, PUNE 411027 after completing all necessary formalities (Aadhar card and thumb prints) on 21 Feb 2017. No voice activation EVER. Although internet started working. Became PRIME MEMBER in March 2017. Paid 309 on 15 Apr 2017 through website. Yet no voice activation. Now INTERNET HAS ALSO FAILED TOTALLY for the last few days.
