I have paid money recharged my account 70045 93739 of RS 99 from Mobikwik. But it hasn’t been activated. Its transaction ID. is RJ313439744. Please help in this regard and try to get transactions across mobile payment platforms done seamlessly.

I have recharged Rs 303/- on 31st March 2017 but till date no payment confirmation not received from Reliance Jio Infocomm. Kindly check and update your system to reflect my payment which is hard earned money.
