My jio no. is 9812841131. I recharged my no. By jio money of rupees 499 contains transaction no. 709707418642 on date 7 April 2017 21:49:15. Recharge successful and my payments also deducted from jio money wallet.But i don’t get benefit on my jio. no. And not get the confirmation msg. When complain about about on jio customer care the gave resolution that I will get the refund within 7 days. But yet I don’t get the refund My jio money wallet is 8660222793. Please solve my issue.
