I, Kusum would like to say that I have not applied for any JIO SIM and provided a number i.e., 8920XXX968 on 09.02.2017 even without responding to OTP msgs. (16254, 48985,07896, to continue registration for Jio4GVoice, 41340, 39990, 69345, 81558, 27879,10287). I had made several calls to customer care of JIO team and it was informed by them that my number is by mistake linked to this number as alternate number and the customer care person also informed that he has changed the same on 12.2.2017. But on 17.02.2017 one new number 7678133903 allotted without any response to OTP numbers i.e., 83688, 98521, 34646 9:56 pm to 10:05 pm. It is to bring to your notice that messages are continuously delivering to me such as on 17.2.2017 one msg. received that JIO connection is NO000028GXZ8 on 4:53PM and NO000028H084 on 4:54 PM (for tracking). Today on 4.3.2017 at 11:34 am and 12:49 PM , I received two msgs. to continue UNLIMITED FUN for 1 year etc… on JIO PRIME on ph. No. 7678XXX0573 (new number) on my phone with link http:/jio.com/r/JtAEdb to enrol now.
It is pertinent to mention here that I had applied for IDEA sim on 5th February, 2017 and gave photocopy of my Adhar card and one photograph to retailer shop naming Kalkaji Communications near my residence at Bhagwan Nagar. only after that I am receiving this type of messages without having applied or requesting for any JIO sim.
I have not applied for any JIO sim and also not interested for this, so it is requested that please take action against the fraud person who has used my adhar card for making wrong entry and take these numbers in my name or registered with my phone number. If these numbers used for any illegal purpose by any fraud person, I would not be responsible for any such action of any person using these numbers. It is also once again requested that kindly block these numbers and take necessary action against the person who is using these numbers that are issued in my name with my adhar card and my phone number as alternate number.
