I am from Delhi region. I generated the code: 55561 105495 from my LETV 1S phone through JIO APP, but the code is showing redeemed. The app is not generating new code. The customer care no is keeping me on hold for more than 35 minutes and then the call drops. The Reliance Digital store is also not helping. Please help me to get a new JIO SIM Mobile No: 98737XX808

Barcode redeemed When I went to get a jio sim at a reliance digixpress store with my Barcode at Gurgaon. I was told that Barcode is already redeemed. How it is possible when I have never redeemed before. I think the Barcode is associated with the particular phone IMEI . Then how it is possible to redeem this by others.
