Dear Sir, Today i have download the app from the play store (Myjio) then i have register the details for the new sim card Jio. there you have generate the barcode the sim card. then you have to go to store with that bar code. then they will check your details and scan your bar code which you got from the app. After doing this. they told me that this bar code already redeemed. how is it possible that before that my generated bar code from by mobile app there i have used my data for downloading the app as well as my time. At this stupid reliance person give me this answer. they are cheating with us. I went to reliance digital store at Osmanabad. Waiting for some one responsible person to solve this problem.

Sir, I have Samsung j7 phone, and my mobile no.is 72004 56200 which is registered my Jio app. state-Tamil Nadu,city-Gudiyatham. My jio barcode is 55520 849039. My bar code in my mobile shows as ‘REDEEMED’ while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim number. Now, please give me advise what i should do
