While confirm the same with the Reliance Showroom, they confirmed me that already the sim is issued to the below IMEI Number. Request you to please rectify the issue and block the SIM ASAP

I have used lenovo A6000 plus in my phone i have generated the barcode but when i open the my jio app then it shows that your barcode is already redeemed but i don’t use my barcode someone haked my barcode. Please give me advise to get jio sim
