I would like to inform you that i have purchase LYF flame 7 mobile bearing IMEI no. 911508458532827 from RAJU TELECOM, Ashiana Hari Niwash, Dak Bunglow Patna on 28/08/2016 under cash memo no. 13016. I have submitted E-Aadhar Letter with your form but your staff rejected that E-Aadhar letter (Legal document) then Raju Telecom ask
me for giving voter id card. I gave Voter Id card & PAN card on 30/08/2016 but sim has not yet been activated. Kindly activate that sim Immediately.
