I recharged my jio number 7019230633 with 499. The service got activated and was fine for 15 days. From then both my incoming and outgoing calls are going on total mute. I registered 2 complaints with jio but there is no success. The executives tell that it will take 90 days to resolve some network issue in Bangalore. This is a serious problem. Looks like jio is cheating people. I don’t suggest jio service to anyone after this experience. There is no cash back too. It seems like a fraud as People have to pay money and get this type of service in jio. The chat executives are so stupid that they post templates like I understand your frustration and finally don’t solve the issue. After that they also ask is there anything else I can help you with. They already know my primary issue of not getting calls is not resolved. Funny…
