Respected sir/mam

My sim is not activated since I got the sim with IMSI and ICCID number (Refer attachment file) last month only from reliance retailer sotre, khatipura JAIPUR RAJASTHAN. Due to unprofessional behaviour, noone is even telling me my jio number which is allotted on this applicant form neither my sim is activated nor my time is invested in a proper way. They keep telling me to gk jio office to retailer store and vice store but noone wants to take charge to solve this issue. I’m fed up, and completely exhausted by this kind of service, behaviour I got from staffs.

I’m using reliance since 8 years from now and all my family member are reliance user too but till yet I didnt get this kind of overwhelming response (Sarcasticly) by them. What is my fault? I have made all the efforts but at the end I have to listen one thing “ur sim will get started soon (jaldi chalu ho jaegi)”.

I’m sorry sir, but this is your service? I love this company but not happy with the Service they are providing as negligence behaviour made me feel “Helpless” although many users get activated their sim which they got so many days after since I got the jio sim.

Why this kind of partiality WITH ME ONLY?

I HAVE LOST ALL THE HOPE, BUT WITH DUE RESPECT I THINK MY GET GET STARTED SOON AFTER U TAKE SOME ACTION.

CAN I expect this from your side that my hope can be fulfilled?
