I had purchased my Jio Sim no. 70079 93820 from Reliance Store, City MALL, Lucknow on 15.09.2016 and the same was activated for incoming calls on 16.09.2016. However, I am not able to use my Outgoing call and 4 G Net Services despite repeated complaints registered through customer care. I understand that my unlimited offer coupon has so far not been recharged. Every time the customer care gives us complain no. with a time of resolution within 48 hours. However, my problem still persists. It falls very badly on the company which has started this offer with so much fanfire but they are not able to meet the commitments. Even the customer care staff are just passing the buck without truly redressing the issue. My alternate no. is 9451XX4285
