I bought a Samsung J2 phone on 10 September in Kalimpong as it was advertised that a JO SIM would be included free. However, for more than 10 days the local JIO dealer keeps saying that they are out of stock and new JIO SIMs have not arrived. I have been told that they are using this trick to sell their Lyfe phones. I would appreciate your early action to resolve this problem as it is affecting potential customers who are anxious to use JIO. Thank you.

I have not purchased a Jio Sim yet”,but my barcode shows “Redeemed”. I have a Samsung J7;purchased from Samsung mobile shop in Udupi. My barcode coupon code is”55520439102″. I stay in Udupi ;Karnataka. When i enquired with a Relaince shop retailer he said that someone else could have used my barcode.
