SUB: NOT ACTIVATING MY PURCHASED SIM BY THE DEALER JAYAM MOBILES-INDRANAGAR-REG.

I have purchased the JIO 4G FREE SIM from the dealer named JAYAM MOBILES-INDRANAGAR-NEYVELI on 06.09.2016.I have given my AADHAR I.D proof for the sim activation purpose. The dealer (JAYAM MOBILES-INDRANAGAR-NEYVELI) said to me that the sim will be activated within 3-4 days and demanded me to pay Rs.50 for it. I argued that the sim is a free sim provided by RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM LTD so why are you asking for money. After that the dealer said that service provider (RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM LTD) tells to collect Rs.50 from everyone who are purchasing the sim. I stand by my side and not given any amount for the sim as it is understood that these dealers are making profit out of people`s demand and they are looting the customers. These action and activities of the dealers is making a bad image on the service provider (RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM LTD) among the people. Till now my sim is not activated and when asked about it to the dealer (JAYAM MOBILES-INDRANAGAR-NEYVELI) they said it will take around 15-20 days for activation and if you pay the amount it will be activated soon. I was so much upset with these activities of the dealer and I am in a situation to give the sim back.so please take necessary action against my complaint and as soon as possible activate my sim. The service provider (RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM LTD) is aiming at giving network access even to the poor but these dealers are acting like a hurdle to their goals. I am once again asking you to take necessary action against the dealer (JAYAM MOBILES-INDRANAGAR-NEYVELI) and try to activate my sim within 3-5 days.
