I am currently using Asus Zenfone 2 which is a 4G phone and after installing the my jio app, get jio sim offer is showing but the bar code is not generating. I also checked other zenfones of my friends & relatives and there also the same problem is showing. I, then called the Asus customer care and they told that my device is registered for the offer and the code should be generated and if it is not generating then the problem is with Jio. So I called the Jio customer care but either they don’t receive the call or line gets disconnected. My complain is, if My Jio is willing to make India digital than do it 100% or don’t give false hope. Regards. Zenfone user
