IFB Elite Plus VX Washing Machine – No Repairs / Care

I bought an IFB Elite Plus VX Washing Machine costing 35,490/- INR with serial number :023347160 727004395 on 6th August 2016. I bought top of the line model for ease of use .On 9th August the IFB representative cum technician Mr Zameer Ahmed visited my house to give demo. He just briefed me about the working in short and machine worked fine for that short programs .Later that night I washed my clothes for the first time and the machine worked fine that time .On 12th August 2016 I setup the machine for a wash ,but when I started the machine it did filled itself with water but did not start the spinning of Drum even after prolong wait.Thus I drained the water after repeated failed tries .Next day on 13th I informed Mr. Zameer Ahmed regarding the problem .He did not visit for few days due to which I complained at the IFB helpline and Shreeitronics, habbuwada (IFB complain ID :1103213222). Later Mr Zameer visited my home on 19th Aug and after extensive diagnosis after opening the machine completely and checking internals of machine he declared the the ‘TACO’ of motor is problematic and needs to be replaced. I urged him that as I haven’t barely used the washing machine and such problem has shown up it means the item if faulty and I should be replaced it with new one. He said that as the machine is new ,his peer will visit next time and if his peer declares that machine is actually faulty he can recommend to replace the Washing Machine with new one. On 24th August Mr Zameer Ahmed visited me with his peer named Prakash ,from Sirsi, who also brought the TACO with him. Again all the checks were done and machine was disassembled .He confirmed that there is no problem in TACO .He even tried some tweaks and tricks but all in vain.He also couldn’t diagnose the actual problem .Later he called someone and then declared that the PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is faulty and needs to be replaced. I was shocked as the machine was used only once to wash the clothes and such major problem has shown up which clearly indicates the fault in machine and poor quality of product used by IFB . I immediately asked him to replace the machine for which he refused and said it is not his decision and not in his power and gave me contact details of Vittal Deshpande (IFB Personnel)from hubbali . He asked me to request him to replace the machine .Even after 18 days I am not able to use my costly Washing machine and still neither the problem is diagnosed nor the surety of replacement is given.

Either Kindly return my money spend on Washing machine i.e. 35,490/- INR with additional 2840/- INR which includes cover, extension piping, Machine Stand,Washing Solution(IFB essentials) all bought from Mr Zameer Ahmed.Which makes a total of 38,330/-INR ,Kindly also include Interest for 38,330/- + any amount spent till settlement at the time of settlement OR Kindly replace the Washing machine ASAP with a better quality of machine
