We have purchased membership worth Rs. 110000/- on 18/05/2016 from there Gurgaon branch. We have tried using their membership twice but we didn’t received any booking. And now when we are planning again we found that there latest itinerary have no such properties which they were saying previously. We have checked all their properties online and none of them is worth visiting all are low cost lodge except 1 or maximum 2. There executive has told us that we can redeem our membership anytime without using it and now when we are asking them they are saying only 40% of amount will be refunded. We were told that we will have free DAE (Dial n Exchange) membership but when we confirmed on DAE customer support they told us that there is no such membership exist in our name. I found that this company is doing same fraudulent activities with all customers and as this is my hard earned money I need justice for their miss selling and fraud commitments.
