I received a call from Mr. Gaurav, and he has informed that my profile was shortlisted by HCL and they would like to arrange for a first-level interview. This is a paid service and will cost Rs.2000/-. I agreed for the service and have paid the amount online. After the payment, the call was transferred to HR and HR executive have asked me to pay additional 9888/-, which was never discussed with me during my initial conversation. When I refused to pay and asked to refund my earlier paid amount they refused to refund and said this is not possible.

I want my money refunded.
