Junglee.com – Delivered Pathetic Condition – Review

We had ordered 6 chairs from Junglee.com from the seller named ‘ Mebelkart‘ and got ourselves into trouble. They charged us Rs,31,500/- for 6 chairs which was delivered to us in a pathetic condition with the legs of the chairs broken, wood chipped off, etc. Also, there is no cushion or grip in the chair as falsely shown in the picture on the trader’s website. We got a completely different looking product. There have been several emails sent to them back and forth asking them to replace all 6 chairs or to arrange for a refund but they have only replaced 2 chairs. What are we supposed to do with only 2 chairs? This is nothing but a case of fraud. We have also spoken to the manufacturer and he confessed that he was not asked to make it with cushion and the original cost price was only Rs. 11,000/-. Despite warning the seller, they have disapproved of our requests and not given us any service. Justice is what we need and hope to penalise the seller for cheating us like this.

We either want the same product that we had selected while purchasing the chairs online or a refund of the same amount.
