JustDial – Debiting More than Listing Fees by ECS

I have taken annual supreme plan of just dial plan last month and have paid an advance amount of Rs 13,532 by cheque on 13th May 2013. I have been told that this was advance for next 3 months I have been told that there would be ECS of Rs 4494 every month from June onward. I am surprised to see that in the month of June 2013 itself, 2 ECS has been debited from my bank account. First on 05th June 2013 and second on today i.e 15th June 2013. It means that within span of 40 days, they have taken advance money for 5 months. If this is not malpractice then what. This is clearly monopoly and restrictive trade practices. Further, I have not received any quality leads during last 1 month period. When I raised complaint with customer care, they have shamelessly replied that every thing is OK with my plan and that they are entitled to deduct 2 ECS within span of 10 days and that 2 ecs belongs to May and June. When I have already paid 3 months advance in May itself, how can they again take 2 ecs and that too within span of 10 days. I want to escalate the issue with top management and made them accountable for this fraudulent practices. Also, I want to terminate the contract and get my money refunded.
