My name is Dharampal Saini. I’m from Chandigarh. This is to complain that I got cheated of Rs, 20500 by a company called JVN Marketing Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi. I got a call on 06-Mar-2014 by a person called Sidharth from JVN Marketing Pvt Ltd, Delhi. He told me I have won Rs. 3 Lakhs for a purchase I had done 3 years ago from Bagittoday. To transfer that money he told me to transfer Rs. 20500 to their a/c. and money will be refunded in 24 hrs along with prize money. Since they quoted my previous genuine transaction with Bagittoday, I did not doubt them. So I transferred Rs. 20500 to their ICICI bank a/c. But till today they haven’t returned my money.
I called them 100 times, they give one or the other reason and assure everytime that money will be refuned soon. But these guys are fraud. I found from online they are a registered company.(http://corporatedir.com/company/jvn-marketing-private-limited). The registered address on the file is H.NO 02, MEETHAPUR CHOWK,MAIN JAITPUR ROAD INFRONT OF HANUMAN MANDIR, BADARPUR New Delhi- 110044. The company’s Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U74999DL2013PTC260152. The company registration number is 260152. I had put a complaint against JVN Marketing Pvt Ltd. But today Mr Naveen Chander (Director of the company) has resolved my complaint. He has refund all my money & i am very thankful to Mr Naveen Chander who’s help me for resolve my problem. He will promise to give me a surprise gift for my compensation.He was not a cheater but her employees are cheater. Mr Naveen chander will promise me to terminate all the employee who’s cheated with me. At the end i had request to you please close my file.
