Dear sir, I would like to inform you that my Indane Gas supplying distributor(Sri Vishnu Indane Gas Agencies) has been changed to other suppler(K.K. Indane Gas Agencies) without my notification which is far from my place. I went to K.K. Agencies to transfer my gas connection to Vishnu Agencies but they have denied my request. I have applied for double cylinder on 13 November 2013 but still now I have not received any gas cylinder due to this issue. Please do needful action on this. Will the Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas take action against erring companies and put consumers first to serve ?
