Dear Sir / Madam, My Self Mrs. Usha working as a lecturer in Sharadha PG College at Kukatpally. I am resident at Chandha Nagar. Recently i have gone through the below diagnostic tests at dealer details mentioned above. I have gone through the reports that they have handedover and embarrassed after seeing the results. Most of the results that they have shown are in correct. My blood group is B+Ve where as they have given the result as B-Ve. I am pregnant now and afraid to take the treatment and care with these kind of false reports from the mentioned dealer. They have also shown that they have used urine sample to detect the HIV presence. Without taking any sample they have also printed the results of bleeding time and clotting time. When we have enquired about all these mistakes, the explanation that they have given are ridiculous. They are trying to cover up the mistakes with stupid explanation. Simply telling that these are typo errors. I am afraid how come a diagnostic company can simply say it is typo error as it may lead to the death of the patients

I request you to conduct the audit on the working pattern of Kadila to know how they are generating the reports, analysis of the samples, results interpretation…etc. This is my self interest to avoid the mistakes to other customers also as i do not want them also to go down mentally as i have gone. I want all the fee with more 20 times than what that i have paid and also the penalty from dealer who is the reason for my mental upset during my pregnancy period
