We had ordered 274 boxes of Kajaria titles for one of our project and issued purchase order and cheque for total payment .They had send 66 boxes of broken tiles repacked it to look like good one and 60 boxes of different shade. Totaly 126 box of defective material out of 274.We noticed while unloading the same. But the dealer was adamant to take it back. He unloaded forcibly saying he will replace immediately. It took more than 15 days to get replacement and now he is asking us to deliver back the defective tiles to get the replacement in our cost.

Delay in handing over of our project. Loss due to shifting, accommodating unwanted material. Loss due to use of different shade tiles. Suffered Mental Torture in handling these adamant dealer.

I demand Rs 300000/- towards compensation. And letter of apology.
