QNet India is registered as Vihaan Direct Selling Pvt. Ltd. Complaint: I purchased products of worth 27,423 from QNetIndia on 30/May/2013, but till date I have not received any of my products. These products were purchased as member creation in QNet India. but later I discovered that QNet is a fraud company but this is a different issue, and I am currently complaining about the non-receipt of the products purchased and non-receipt of the refund. I have repeatedly complaint to the customer care to refund my money, but they have stopped responding now. I will attach the email conversation where customer care agreed to refund my money but then suddenly they stopped responding. In the last communication, they asked me my email id and email password. I asked them why they are asking for my password, but they never replied. I think they wanted to hack my email account and delete all the conversation I had with them. PS: QNEt is already a fraud company which is causing huge economic loss to India using its direct selling strategy and trapping innocent people.

Refund of my money i.e. 27,423. I am not willing to accept the products any more.
