dear sir, i was purchased Tablet PC Model Connect V3 vide order no. vide order No. 20140508041527 received on 09/05/2014 worth Rs. 7,999.00 through Star CJ Alive & the product Invoice no . is 201405080911 . Before placing the order it was informed that this Tablet is 2G but it can be connected also WiFi and 3G via dongal and function properly but when i tried to connect 3G dongal but not responded. Then i contacted Star Cj Alive and discuss the fault they informed to connect HCL . I contacted on HCL customer care support regarding this fault they inform that this HCL Tablet V3 never support 3G via dongal also. After HCL customer care support i connected again Star CJ Alive Customer support i was said again this Tablet never support 3G then they said that the HCL people misguiding you . It seems that TV display information is wrongly to the public. I only purchase this Tablet that it will fulfil my recruitment that is to facilitate me 3G on reasonable range. The Star CJ Alive gave a Keyboard with HCL TAB Connect V3 but its totally damaged also. Sir it is totally cheating the public . i was contact Star CJ Alive again to know solution of this problem but StarCJ alive team are not respond. last time i was discussed this problem Mr. Salman , posted there in backhand department but his respond like ignoring my problem .
